HANA’S KITCHEN is Open for Business

Having grown up in New Zealand, I moved to England seven years ago and after a short stint living in London I have settled in Sussex, which I love.

Nearly all of my life I have worked in kitchens. My parents owned a catering company and two cafés in New Zealand where I spent most of my spare time working whilst growing up. I undertook a degree in Professional Cookery before gaining a wealth of experience in the ten years since; working in hotel restaurants, bakeries, a French patisserie and high-end cafés.

I am a true ‘foodie’, passionate about cooking and baking in a wide variety of cuisines and styles specialising particularly (though not exclusively) in vegetarian and vegan food. I am excited to hear from you and help design your perfect cake, meal or catering solution.
